Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Cancelled items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Notice must be given within the 7 day period of cancellation. A full refund will be given on the goods only.

There are two options for returning goods:
1. Bring the item to any post office and send it as 'recorded delivery', remembering to write your order number on the package.
2. If you live close to one of our retail outlets you can bring your goods, fully packaged and in resaleable condition, along with your order confirmation email and the store will return the item free of charge for you. Please allow at least a week for the item to arrive at our Head Office. You can find a full list of our retailers using our 'Store Finder'.

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the item has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
If you are returning an item due to a fault, in accordance with our refunds policy, we will also refund the delivery charge.
The delivery charge will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If you are unhappy with a pair of curtains you have purchased, please do not pull the strings as this will make them unsaleable.
Items that require self-assembly, must be returned unassembled and with accompanying original packaging.
Items such as: duvet sets, pillows, duvets, sheets, mattresses, mattress protection, mattress toppers cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
Harry Corry are offering Free* Delivery to any address in the UK and Ireland on all orders over £50 / €60. *Some items are excluded. To find out if your desired item is eligible, please check the individual product page. Items marked as 'Collection Only' can be delivered to our stores, free of charge, but not to any other address. Please note that your local store may be able to offer alternative arrangements on some products, you should contact them directly for further details.
Harry Corry offer a standard delivery service through DPD, which usually takes between 4-10 working days. Working days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays or days of National Holiday.
We will only deliver to addresses located outside of the UK and Ireland if we are contacted directly by the customer, and if they are willing to pay any extra delivery costs.
All deliveries will require a signature.
All deliveries must be deliverable to the address stated at the time of purchase. Harry Corry Interiors cannot cater for timed deliveries. All delivery instructions must be given at the time of placing your order. If you know that you will be at work on your delivery day and nobody will be available at your house to sign for your delivery, please give your work address as the delivery address.
We would also greatly appreciate if a phone number is given at the time of purchase, allowing DPD to contact you should they need to confirm an address or delivery time.

Purchase now and collect in as little as 2 hours*
Click & Collect is a FREE online service now available at your local Harry Corry store. Simply follow these instructions to benefit from this service.
Step 1:Select the prduct you wish to purchase, add to your 'Shopping Bag' and make your way to the checkout.
Step 2:Select the option 'Collect in store (Free)' located underneath your 'Shopping Basket'.
Step 3: 'Select your country' from the drop down menu. Then select your 'Town/City' from the drop down menu, this will prompt you to select the store you would like to collect your order from.
Step 4: Once your payment has been processed, we will then contact you to confirm that your order has been received.
Step 5: When your order is ready to collect, we will send you an email to confirm this. Once you have received your confirmation email, pop down to your chosen store at your lesiure.
The wait time for CLICK & COLLECT products may take longer if the store does not physically hold the items that you have ordered. We work quickly to make the product available in your store by delivering it straight from our warehouse.
Please note, orders through our CLICK & COLLECT service may take up to 7 working days to fulfil.
