COVID-19 Information


After closing our stores, we have taken a few weeks to fully evaluate the situation and consider our next steps. We've worked hard to find ways of working which ensure that our colleagues can stay safe, whilst providing our customers with the homeware products they need.

In line with our understanding of government guidance, our stores remain closed. However, we have reintroduced home delivery with the help of our trusted delivery services so our customers will be able to shop a limited range of our more essential products online.

Our priority remains protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues. We have implemented additional cleaning and social distancing measures in our warehouse for your and our colleague's safety. We also still endeavour to deliver all products directly to your doorstep within an extended duration of 4-10 days.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

To make things a little easier during this difficult time we have extended our Refund & Exchange policy. Products purchased on or after March 1st 2020 can be returned for 28 days after the date our stores in the country of purchase re-open. For further information please check out our website.
