How do I get a VAT receipt?
A VAT receipt will be sent out with your order if it is requested via admin@harrycorry.com and the order number is given.
How do I place an order on your website?
1. Select the department that your product is in
2. Select the product you want
3. Select your size
4. Enter the quantiy that you require beside that size
5. Click the add to basket button
6. When you have selected all the products that you require then click the My      Basket button at the top of the page
7. Check your full order then read the Terms and Conditions of the website
8. If you are happy click on the I have read the terms and conditions button
9. Then click the Proceed to Checkout button
10. You will now be asked to enter you email address and password. If you haven't already got these you will be required to register.
11. Next you will put in your billing address and then your delivery address
12. Check your order again on the payment invoice page and then click on the Pay Now button
13. You are now in our secure payment service Protx
14. Enter your details in and then a couple of days later you will receive your products
Can I cancel my order?
If you order online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
How do I check the progress of my order?
You can check the progress of your order by logging into the Parcel Force website and entering the tracking number that you will be sent via email when you request it via the email address admin@harrycorry.com
 
How much is the delivery charge?
Our delivery charge is £6 to mainland U.K with the exception of the Scottish Highlands were the cost is £12, Scottish Islands and Isle of Man are also £12. Delivery is €6.95 to the Republic of Ireland and £4.50 to Northern Ireland.
 
These costs are for all orders no matter how big or small. If you want your order delivered to countries other than these then please get in contact with ourselves giving us details of your name and address and what you wish to order.
How long does delivery take?
In the U.K and Republic of Ireland it will take between 3-5 working days. For all other countries please get in contact with us before placing an order.
Do I pay a delivery charge for each item?
You only pay one delivery charge for each order
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards excluding American Express
What should I do if my credit card is refused whilst ordering?
You will need to contact your credit card provider or use an alternate method of payment.
Is it secure to give my details over the internet?
Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.
When am I charged for the item(s) that I have ordered?
You are charged immediately the order has been placed
